189.6!!!

Oh my freaking God!! I am out of the 190's!!!! I can't even believe this! I went pants shopping on Monday... I'm in a 16!! I haven't fit into a 16 comforatably in over 2 years.... I met with the nutritionist today> She's ecstatic for me!! The weather went from -20 to +40 to -20 over the course of 5 days and my knees only hurt a little... used to be that I would be totally crippled and probably using a crutch to get around... not now. I'm doing stairs, I'm sleeping better, my clothes don't fit... it's AWESOME! I just can't believe that I'm out of the 190's... I haven't seen this number since my pregnancy-and then it was on the way up, not down! I like it a whole lot more this time around! I'll post again on Friday, with an even better weight!!
