Whatever it is, it's working!!
I added exercise into my life... I got a DVD "Dancing off the inches" thinking it wouldn't be all that hard and probably kinda fun. Well, it is fun, but I've been working muscles that I didn't know that I had! The steps are easy to follow, you just feel it in some weird places! I think that this video is going to be a good one to do once a week. I plan on adding a yoga routine soon and after that I'll add some strength training. I don't know if it's that I've been seeing results, or what, but it's been 9 weeks, and I'm still excited about this! Well, I'll quit rambling on and go weigh in.
