Week 1 - Dec 1-7, 2007
For the next 52 weeks, I will embark on a weight-loss adventure. No fad diets, no miracle pills, just me adjusting my lifestyle to become healthy. Almost two years ago, I gave birth to my daughter. Since then, I have been yo-yo-ing from 190lbs to 210lbs, but I've never been able to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 145lbs, so, as of Dec 1, I will be altering my eating habits, my exercise regime and weighing in weekly in order to lose 52 pounds in 52 weeks. I am going to do this, and I am inviting the world along. So, with that, I am off to weigh in for my start point.
