One Week Down, 51 to go!
So, it's the end of week one. I'm pretty happy with myself as I think I've kept my self under control for the most part... I did slip a little tonight and snacked while I was making my supper, but other than that, I've been good. It's easy to do something like this for a week, so hopefully I'll be able to keep it up. My blood tests came back negative, so that's another plus for the week. Next step: Podiatrist and Nutritionist... those are later in the month, though. One thing that I have realized this week is that when you portion it out, one can of Cambell's soup really does go for 2.5 meals. I had a slice of bread with each of the first two cups and had a full sandwich with the 1/2 cup. To my complete surprize, it filled me up! I've really been trying to pay attention to how full I feel and asking myself "Am I really hungry, or am I just bored?" before I eat. So far, I feel good, we'll see if it's showing on the scale. I'm off to weigh in!
